I subscribe to Cato's channel. My comment is a response to watching it, should I not watch any videos because I might not like it?

This is particularly interesting because Cato gets some of it's funding from OSI, a George Soros project, which O'Rielly has bashed for being linked to Media Matters and other "liberal" media outlets. Fox should probably not bring on guests from organizations that Soros funds, unless they want to acknowledge he's not Satan or "trying to take over the country".

You have a couple valid points

I break it down like this

1 Glen Beck is a hack

2 Beck doesn't provide an environment where an intelligent speaker can break down a complex issue and offer a solution

If I ran Cato I would avoid these talking head blip verts. I dont think they add anything to the argument

Unfortunately 500 characters on YouTube is the same way. Its just not enough to cover anything intelligently

Didn't enjoy the clip. No data was presented. Glen Beck is a bloviator. The Cato fellow states that unemployment is abonormally high in MI and CA due to taxes and over-regulation but doesn't address the other three states. It also is misleading to suggest that the remaining states are in the green per Beck's insipient graphic. Weak.

I know what you mean but Beck isn't bad, a little off sometimes but he's actually pretty decent. I wouldn't pin him with the likes as O'Reily or Hannity.
