A delicious rice dessert. If you have 1/2 cup of basmati rice and a little bit of time on your hands this is a great recipe. Don't forget to serve with your favorite jam, fruit, nuts or spice!

  • As you mentioned in your instruction the traditional Shirberenj is not sweet. My parents always argued about this sweetness issue. My mom believed that Shirberenj has to be served with sugar (sprinkled on top) my dad however strongly argued that rich syrup is the tradition and therefore the appropriate method to serve this dessert. anyway Jam is a great idea too :) Thank you for the brilliant video.
