@cheffmeister Yes. If you want to send me your name, I can add you. Just take my name here and add at cs.com. I was hoping to talk with you more too. I would like to make a video to put here of my previous and current dobermans but not sure how you add music and how you post one.

@cheffmeister Thank you so much for your kind words! My beloved Jazz went to join Sammie in December. As she passed, she nuzzled her head against me and you could literally feel the pain/tension leave. The veterinary neurologist had tears in his eyes when he finished examining her and told me there was nothing he could do. He said he had never seen a more stoic dog. I miss my angels but I know they are in my heart, and my soul and watch over me. Thank you again.

Don't understand Galacticmaster's comment whatsoever!!!! Looks like they have a child in the video to me!!! What difference would that make????? Our pets are loving loyal family members and losing one is just devastating and usually harder on the children than the adults. Looks like Colt was very loved by his family and God Bless them all. <3

Only the love of another dobie can take away the pain.

@Galacticmaster losing anyone is damaging so are you saying we should just stop having contact with our families too? dont have any kids? your point makes no sense. YOU can choose to not have another pet but us who LOVE our pets unconditionally through sickness and health, death or life.... its one of the best feelings in the world, to love our little angels...
RIP Colt.
Keli Bishop....FB~ Right now there's a pawprint as my profile pic. :))))

There is no dog more devoted than a doberman. My dobie girl, Sammie, died last month of a heart attack at 11 1/2. My almost 12 year old doberman is not long for this world. She is not doing well and tonight our walk lasted 1 1/2 houses as compared to the twice daily 1 1/2 mile walks we used to take. I keep wiping away the tears. I know she is on borrowed time. My vet called in new meds for her today but we both know Jazz will be going to see Sammie soon.

@wildfiremere My heart truely goes out to you on your loss of Sammie....and knowing Jazz doesn't have much time left. I lost my beloved boy Bishop at 12yrs. old in Nov. 2008 and it was terribly painful and at times still is for me. You sound like you gave them both a wonderful loving life and we're all so blessed to have even had them grace our lives.Pawprints across our hearts forever my friend.Love & Prayers to you and your girl Jazz.

@cheffmeister Do you have another dobe? I got a 7 month old bl/t late Dec. She is a sweetheart with a personality somewhat like Sammie. The emergency clinic called me 2 wks ago. Someone had gotten tired of their male dobe puppy Xmas present and wanted him PTS. Dunkin was only 10 weeks old!! He is fearless and his stub of a tail never stops wagging. I love my new babies, but I still shed quiet tears sometimes missing my angels.

@wildfiremere Oh...so sorry to hear about Jazz. It was most certainly a comfort to her that you held her as she passed on. She knew how much you loved her....tears from me too my friend.
I do have 2- other Dobermans. A bl/t female Mackenzie and a red male Ryker we rescued a year before Bishop passed on. I'm so glad to hear you have 2-others also to help you through your grief. It sounds like they needed a good loving home....Esp. Dunkin!! God Bless you for saving him! Are you on FaceBook???
