@strikeasura Thank you :) It's hard lol, you have to learn by yourself :) Here are some tips though. Try to blur some colors to help create values and use the magic wand tool that helps you color and focus in one spot.

For the healthy flush/blush on Rei's cheeks, what effect did you use?

@omghoneyymilkktea The only effect I use is the Gaussian Blur, which helped me with the red blush on Rei's cheeks. I use Paint.NET as my drawing program, and I do not know if the Gaussian Blur exists in any other drawing programs. I hope that helped :)
