SF youth rally at Powell St. turnaround at Market St. then march up Powell to Geary to Mason, down to O'Farrell and right to Hilton Hotel. Youth then pushed thru a side door opened by a sympathetic janitor and flooded into main reception area and desk on the O'Farrell St. entrance. The youth sat down, about 450 strong, and rallied until SFPD came in in force, made the advance warnings that they would arrest all who refuse to leave. About 180 SF and SF Bay youth stood up to Corporate and State power on this day and submitted to arrest in order to make the point that Proposition 21, the suburban Republicans' war on youth, especially youth of color, is a mean spirited, pernicious nuclear bomb of hatred against normal people and their beloved young ones....just one more whiteboy excuse, "official" like, to just "lock em all up!.....its good for whiteboy type jobs in the Republicans owned and operated "prison/industrial complex".
