The photos of this waterspout were taken by "C", our neighbors out in the mooring/anchorage in Gallows Bay, Christiansted, US Virgin Islands. We were up at Cost-U-Less at the time. Our anchor was in the center of two large loops of chain. We must have spun around when we were hit by this phenomenon. I'm surprised at how narrow the actual tornado part was....
