@beanxxxx YES!!! I agree, '83-late 80s were the schitt!!!!!! Every tune that you've mentioned brings back great memories! Within the last couple of months, I've thrown Sex Beat and Bag Lady up on my Facebook wall, so it's really funny that you should mention 'em! The The, Scritti Politti,... The Magician by Secession! I still play that like it just came out, lol! I miss hearin' Dennis McNamara, Larry the Duck, Malibu Sue, etc. playin' those tunes. The Screamer of the Week, Off The Boat..! <3

@katgrrrl Talkin about wlir and loving that station. I use to write down the songs from 1983 to 1988. when u say it was a part of your life, i know what you mean. I like all music but i have to admit, the best music came from LIR in 1983 through the late eighties. Some of the lost songs- Sex beat, sex beat- bag lady, even ozen, micheal secession-peter schilling oh i could write forever. If your a true lir fan you know
