my dad asked me if i could remember any of the characters. i could only remember dasterdly, mutley, penelope and the guy in the tank. haha!

It would always be a random car that had nothing to do with the 'plot' of the show (I always routed for Dick Dastardly to win), but I can't remember an instance of him actually winning.

Actually, there was ONE episode, but Dick technically lost because a freeze-frame showed that the extended the nose of his car over the finish line. Never mind that another racer did the exact same thing a different episode and nobody cared.
