That adjustment bed sure looks handy. Very interesting video. Also, I have a bit of a hunch back. I asked my urgent care doctor a while back and he said if i kept good posture, then it would go away. He said he was no back expert. Should I see a chiropractor?

@DrakrSlyr Yes! Chiropractic, especially when done with the drop table lie this, can really help any type of curvature-my patients always look & feel taller when they get off the table because I set their spine straight!

I am a 32 year old female and started seeing a chiropractor in April. I was found to have a 14.5 degree scoliosis in my thoracic spine but that has been reduced to 9.1 degrees. I see my chiropractor for regular adjustments once or twice a month. Thanks for sharing this video

are these adjustments, long-term? or do you have to see a chiro on a regular basis?? also straight after adjustment, can you resume with training etc.? or do you have to take extra care??
Thanks

@TRT26 There are moderate long term results with this technique but I do recommend periodic treatment to keep the spine functional and prevent degeneration. I cannot completely correct the scoiosis or curvature, but I can relieve the pain and straighten the spine considerably without surgery! If you are fit then you can work out after treatment, however, if you are recuperating from an injury I recommend taking it easy in order to promote soft tissue healing around the injured area.
