  • @MarJupVen Oh no Problem. Met a girl at a voice competition and she sang this and it was just breath taking and just had to look it up and listen to it again. :) You sing it beautifully! And I was reading the comments below and don't let anyone complain about using a microphone.....because as a fellow singer, I want to pursue opera and I have found that even the greatest of the greatly trained opera singers use mics from time to time. There is nothing wrong with it. Well done :D !

  • There is so much to this spiritual than what it truly is...Honestly ever since I heard this particular arrangement I have been trying to listen to at least once a day. It inspires me to perfect my craft not only as a pianist but as a musician. All I can say is thank you for the inspiration.

  • @basso28 I send you my sincerest apology if you perceived my comment as "testy". It was my intention to share with you that a trained singer is not obligated to sing with or without a microphone in some performance venues.

    Kindly yours,

    Yolanda

  • @MarJupVen

    Testy. I mean no offend.

  • @basso28 Greetings!!! Thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. There are many misconceptions and opinions with regard to the use of microphones, especially, as it pertains to "trained singers". When it boils down to me using a mic, I use a mic, if and when I feel like using it. It's as simple as that.

    Kindly yours,

    Yolanda
