BEAD - Bloomington's Cultural District

To kick-off the annual Fourth Street Festival of Arts & Crafts the Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District celebrated its designation as a state-certified cultural district. http://www.visitbead.com/
Indiana's cultural district development program was initiated in 2008 with the goal of providing communities with a tool for marketing, promoting and potentially leveraging resources through various partnerships centered on the arts, culture and quality of life.
