Tumblr Inspired - Cut Crease Neon Green Glitter and Blue Tutorial!!

I struggled like crazy with that neon green glitter, but I love the color! The other ones I got are just as bright and super fine. it's crazy! If you notice around the 3rd minute

there's a pretty obvious outcome after I put the blue, I just skipped all the reapplying. I used the same blue, just packed it on til it got darker. Annnd I tried to keep this as

tidy as possible ,especially with the liquid liner, but the glitter was just everywhere. waah
