A meal plan of mine when I wanna have a little FUN :)
The macronutrients matter most. If you doubt what I'm eating then I must be fat! Let it be proof that ... well... a lot of people don't know much about diet. LOL. I'm learning more and more every day thanks to my coaches:
http://www.3dmusclejourney.com . What I CAN tell you is that macronutrient precision is the GREATEST THING I'VE EVER LEARNED / DONE. I wouldn't look the way I do if I didn't WEIGH my food out like you see here in the video. I've ALSO discovered that the TYPE of food (good vs bad, "dieting food" vs. "non-dieting food" is pretty insignificant (within reason) compared to the actual macros. Period. end of story! yeee!
My macros: (Fat/carb/pro) is 50/300/225
The LOVE DIET = 2,615 calories - 54.6/304.7/229.2
Current cardio done THROUGHOUT THE WEEK (we just changed it starting june 27):
3 sessions of slow-medium cardio, 400 calories burned in each
2 sessions of HIIT treadmill sprints (10 rounds, 15seconds on 45 off)

80g fat free bisquick pancake mix (285 cals - 5/54/6)
1 (organic) whole egg (72cals - 5/0.4/6.3)
110g blueberries (63cals - 0.4/15.9/0.8)
160g fat free milk / skim milk (56cals - 0.3/7.8/5.5)
230g egg whites (120cals - 0.4/1.7/25.1)
4 caps CLA (40cals - 4/0/0)
4 caps fish oil pills (40cals - 4/0/0)
Totals: 676cals - 19.1g Fat, 79.8g Carbs, 43.7g protein
Extras: tapatio sauce, cinnamon , stevia, sugar free vanilla, calorie free chocolate syrup, calorie free maple syrup, multivitamin and other vitamins. INSTANT COFFEE (with stevia, and sugar free vanilla)

extras: stevia if you want to sweeten, 5g creatine for the shake (I take 5g every day)

totals: 553 cals - 7.1g FAT, 88g CARBS, 39g PROTEIN
Extras: stevia (two 40mg scoops in oats), cinnamon , someone to make love to?

totals: 585 cals - 14.3/52.2/59.3
Extras: garlic salt, garlic, onion, allegro marinade for overnight marinating of the pollo! OH and black PEPPER works on nearly EVERYTHING, hint hint

150g raw fresh spinach (34cals - 0.6/5.4/4.3)
Totals: 517cals - 13.2g Fat, 50.7g Carbs, 52.3g Protein
extras: garlic salt, garlic, onion, lemon pepper (when baking the fish) vinegar on the fish or on the side(preferably datu puti) water to moisten the sweet potato (any potato)
...the vinegar makes this one amazing. A little garlic salt helps too. scrumptious
