@maclasch An average camcorder mic is not capable of capturing such a large frequency range.  it depends on what kind of microphone it is and its directional response which is why you hear things in separate volumes. You're going to hear some harmonic distortion too because, again, it varies on the range. Unless you have a quality boom microphone, it's always going to sound like crap. it's not their equipment.
