Easiest way I find to colour using this program
- Duplicate layers.
- Set the first layer to multiply.
- Place a blank layer in the middle of the two.
- Select the top layer, and using the magic wand tool, select which parts you want to colour using the same colour. Holding shift down helps select multiple sections.
- Switch back down to the second layer and fill the layer with the desired colour. You should find that only the parts that have been magicwand'd will fill.
- Repeat this throughout your picture.
- For smaller details like eyes, I tend to use a different layer and the paintbrush, as it seems to work better.
- Merge layers and duplicate again, messing around with the settings until you're happy with how it looks.
- Make sure you give credit for the artist if you're colouring in someone else's work.
I chose a frame from High-Mode's YGO doujinshi Intensive Care Lvl 2. It's a really cute doujin, you should look it up :3
