Looks like they just made it that time, but this weekend's 'flash flood' was covering the railings along the riverside so I doubt it survived again. Impressive stuff.

ok, dnt think im a nutjob, there are odder things than this right? ok. i had a dream vision of this staue of a guy riding a horse, later found out its the one thats in durham. now, two things, where is that statue and in the same dream there was an arch (looked like a building arch) and it had two coloured crests above it, also a street sign with (something) square? please tell me the location of this arch and if there is a (something) square nearby, im on an adventure!!

Well, I can't be there to see it firsthand as I'm in Sheffield now... but I've never seen Durham flood like that! Glad you put this up so I can see whats happening back home.

God my son is doing home work on floods at school, I then go on youtube to show him floods in durham and find myself and him staring in the film, "37secs" how mad is that.

That's a restaurant now, 'In Shanghai' ... and they had sandbags and did not quite flood when I took those pictures.
