Water sheeting is such a bullshit. You can even apply your own shit on a bonnet to wax it in, and it will sheet like hell
How is the wax after a few months is the question.
All im saying is, even super cheep wax will shine and sheet like crazy when freshly applied.

what if you spray it or mist it? I believe any coat of fresh wax would roll water off. It's the damn sprinklers that leave just enough to set in on your car.
