@GBJ83 I agree. I'd say that about 70% of life going wrong (or right) is due to us. But the other 30% is other people beings jerks and being wicked or evil toward us. The other person whacking us on the head is due to THEIR issues/problems, not ours. It's not always karma.

if someone whacks me on the head with no provocation, why is it my fault that my head bleeds, i feel pain and sorrow? (without blaming it karma of past lives)
