  • Instead of adding water try adding orange juice & a start anise. So tasty!

  • @Leerill Thanks for the tip. :)

  • hi, i so wanna try your recipe, i only have 1 question, when you add sugar at the beginning (to create the brown color for the chicken), do we have to add oil also, or just sugar

  • @bethaomap Sorry about not responding sooner. My computer had crashed, and I finally got it fixed. No. you do not need to add oil before the sugar. Only the sugar will do. Hopefully the late comment helps.

  • Nice thanks, hey just curious do you know how to make the crunch shrimp? I don't know what it's called but I had it in Veitnam before.

  • @burnoutking1971 Do you mean the salt and pepper shrimp? If so, I'll make sure to put it on my recipe to make list.

  • hey daoliciousfood, i am confused. 0:33 after the 2 miced cloves of garlic you are presenting ginger in my point of view. (cutted into strips) but you called it garlic as well. You meant ginger, right? Or is it galangal? Thank you for your recipe, i am really intressted in Vietnamese cooking
