Now a lot of people complain after doing a lot of yoga, that their wrists are totally caned.. I have had that trouble too. I am on my wrists as much as my feet!
So, learning to do power moves on your fists really helps break down the pressure build up on the wrist...
BUT REMEMBER, DONT TUCK YOUR THUMB INTO YOUR COLLECTED FIST... YOU WILL SNAP IT OFF!
