yes it would,, most definately,, you would need to swap almost everything from the Donor truck plus adding other things but it could be done... if you have the money,, find a junk dodge ram with a good engine,, there are Cummins conversion kits for fords,, but if your on a budget, stick with the 7.3

@rikard312 no, thats what newer trucks do to clear the DPF of carbon buildup, 'rollin' coal' is just from fuel in the cylinders.
