2007 ISKF Master Camp Okazaki Kihon

Okazaki upperbody Kihon

This is a nice kihon because it has many of the major shotokan stances, and many of the shotokan punches and strikes. It's good for those quick little 5-10 min practice sessions while at work.

I miss having seminars with Okazaki Sensei. I used to do Shotokan in Winnipeg, but later changed to Kyokushin due to life and work schedule complications, but man do I miss some of the Shotokan masters like Okazaki, Yaguchi, Takeshina, and Okuyama

Nice. A condensed version of the famous "Okazaki Shuffle". As soon as he speeds it up I end up on the wrong foot... Anyone who has not been to ISKF Masters Camp or Fall Camp is missing some of the finest training available. And and lot of fun.
