Victory Day from my Balcony - May 9th 2008

Celebration of the end of the Great Patriotic War. From high in our visotka (tower) at Kotelnicheskaya Naberzhnaya two balconies face Red Square, St. Basils, State Museum, Church of Christ the Saviour, and the Kremlin. Communist Party Secretary General Yuri Andropov lived in our flat many years ago and I moved in January 2003. Dmitriy Medvedev was inaugurated yesterday, Gazprom liked the news.
