  • New Mexico has just banned corporal punishment! So now its 31 states that ban it and hopefully more states will follow. Those people who are in favor of CP are really losing badly!

  • hmmm what if its a hot girl teacher then would it be ok lol

  • @bariguy87 Plenty of people smoke and don't get lung cancer, it doesn't mean that smoking is a good healthy idea.

  • @Personmr

The story about Abraham is a bit more complicated than that comment you just made and shows you know nothing about it

Yeah and look at how children behave, worse than ever. Plenty of us got spanked as kids and we're fine.

  • I was spanked but it didn't go past a couple of slaps on their rearend. What people don't understand, corporal punishment itself isn't the problem. The problem is when people carry it too far.

  • This video is a favorite on Tarawa Atoll

  • i oppose corpral punishment be we as individuals should decide whether or not it should be used. if there is corpral punishment in schools the parents should have to give permision. i consider it wrong to hit somone for anything other than defence but it isn't government's job to enforce my moral oppinions. lastly, in regard to what the bible says, i don't think we should take perenting advice from a book that speaks well of a man for attempting to sacrifice his son.

  • @JamesianDGAF you people don't understand the major difference! abuse is when you are beaten, tied and stripped naked. that isn't corporal punishment! corporal punishment is when parents, yes smack, not abuse, just smack their children once or twice! but they must give the child the reason for why they were hit, if they just do it for the hell of it, then yes it is abuse. But there is a fine line between corporal punishment and abuse that many of you don't understand!

  • the sad part is that alot of people who are against corporeal punishment have never even been punished like this themselves so they think their helping when actually they dont know wtf they're talking about. Unless they took actual domestic violence and corporeal punishment and mixed definitions...I mean i was punished with a belt, hand, and shoe when i was younger and i turned out fine. I really dont see why people think it will hurt the kids past temporary pain and crying. Reflection follows.
