@pamelasu65 I know that people cry or don't at their own pace. I, too, found it hard to cry. Now, not so much. Not crying much does not make you wicked, not in any way. We are BORN wicked, ALL of us. It is only through God's grace and mercy that we can repent and become "sinners saved by face." I hope that you are one and I can meet you one day at the House, where we will gather before the Throne!

@dcwusmc It is VERY hard for me to cry & I can think of NO ONE who would consider me a wicked person. Please rethink this comment. Many Many Blessings to you & yours . HIS will be done !

@Gizmologist09 Nice try, but that is the ultimate in rationalization. Jesus didn't say to drive a car, but I'd guess you drive one. The ENTIRE Bible shouts about the sinfulness of homosexuality and other sexual immorality. Marsha would do well to stop trying to find a way to justify her sin. I recommend that you and her read theh books by Thom Hunter.
I will pray for you.

@SkiesVibrant Perhaps you misunderstood my statement. JESUS did not say a single syllable about LGBT folks. I met Marsha when she performed and witnessed at our church. Marsha and her ministry have been so helpful for LGBT folks of all ages as well as straights who understand that being gay or transgendered is NOT a choice. It matters not what some preacher may say speaking from a complete lack of factual knowledge as to how a human develops. Following the teaching of JESUS is the key.

@Gizmologist09 That's really quite easy. Start with 1 Corinthians 6:9-10. Or... Romans 1:21-27. There are others.
-
@SkiesVibrant I would love to read the chapter and verse where JESUS says anything about LGBT folks.

@martinthezman you said it!

Beautifully sung and I don't care if she is a lesbian so long as she doesn't practice it but I believe Christ died for our sins and not for our tears. Accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior comes first followed by tears of repentance. Christ died for our SINS and not REPENTANCE.

Something beautiful

Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, shed his sinnless precious blood on the cross for sinners, was buried in the tomb, and on the third day arose again according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). God says this is the only way a guilty sinner can go free, and have eternal life, and have his sins paid for, is by trusting alone in the account God has given of his Son Jesus Christ. (Romans 1:16, John 3:16, John 14:6, John 3:18). Without trusting Christ alone you will go to hell. Rev 21:8
@harrywarrenfan It's my considered opinion (your mileage may vary) that the writer is talking about tears of REPENTANCE, not just tears in general... and the wicked cry few tears of ANY sort, let alone repentance. Repenting of our sins and asking Jesus' forgiveness is what He died for. When I hear that song, I yet shed tears of joy and thanks for His sacrifice on Calvary... FOR ME, the chief of sinners.
(I know Paul claimed that title, but I share it, as do all of us!)

I just got the Children of the Day first album, reissue on cd, WOW, fantastic! I know the story and I am in the more concervative camp of Christianity, so I really can't find anywhere in the Bible where Homosexuality is presented in a positive light, so I would not recommend it but I am not all people so I dont know how they are wired or what has happened to them, but the most important thing is love even if you dont agree with lifestyle choices...........
