  • RIP Chris Clausen. We will miss your voice.

  • Well, there is no rule saying that you have to be an ABC affiliate to use the package... but also, this isn't too long after KTVI switched from ABC to FOX.

  • ah yes, americans obsessed with nonsense, while ignoring their loss of liberty

  • @cms0678 The Palmer News Package (1990s) was in use at stations affiliated with all networks (Fox, CBS, ABC, NBC). In Cedar Rapids, it's actually kinda flipped: KGAN (CBS) has used EWN (this cut even) in the past (it's used Hello three times!), while KCRG (ABC) is going on 17 straight years using Palmer, M3-Palmer, and Enforcer.

  • @bigvoice313 Because just a few year prior to this, Fox2 was an ABC Station.

  • God I remember this promo, I was only 8 when it came out. xD I used to laugh at Dick Ford's name all the time, until he retired.

  • I thought the "Eyewitness News" news package is for ABC O&O/affiliate stations, why is it used on a FOX O&O station?!
