can you ride there for free ? i heard you need to get your bike registered and get a license plate is that true?

im not in anyway bashing you guys but the spot at 2:00 you guys had unnecessary trouble there. i used to rip threw the whole upper trail on my cr125 never leaving third. but keep safe, havent had a chance to go up this year yet with my 450
