OSHO International Foundation -- http://www.osho.com.

The full video of 98 minutes is now available for rental at http://www.YouTube/store in the US (other countries will follow)

Osho, a contemporary mystic speaks on virtually every aspect of human consciousness. In these talks, the human condition, whether the mind, the heart, love or awareness is exposed with humor and insight, as never before.

Here Osho responds to the following 4 questions:

Question 1:
Are there different stages of spiritual growth? And if so, can you talk to us about them, and how people in these different stages can be helpful to each other?

Question 2:
Your emphasis has always been that every human being has the birthright to become enlightened, that it is nothing special. However, not many people claim this birthright, or are even interested in it. Why not? Is there some ingredient, some quality which makes some people more interested in the inquiry than others?

Question 3:
Often you have spoken about your rebellious childhood and how it gave you such freedom, how you insisted on discovering your own individuality. How did you know the need to rebel at this early age? What about those people who didn't have the courage to rebel and who had a hampered childhood? Is a rebellious childhood necessary for enlightenment?

Question 4:
You have said that your sannyasins live individual lives in freedom. Doesn't everyone live an individual life? What is the difference that makes a person a sannyasin? Is it meditation?

"...If we can create a circle of conscious energy around the earth, that is the only hope for the world, for the new man. Otherwise, this century is going to see the end of all life on this earth. But we are taking the challenge, and I don't think that death is more powerful than life, that hate is more powerful than love, that nuclear weapons are more powerful than mystic experiences. We have to prove it. And I am certain that we are capable of proving it."

  • @SatoriWins I'm getting on in years and having had experiences since a young age,I have been through all the well known teachers looking for explainations and I have to say Osho has the clearest most lucid teachings of all.He is fascinating,I wish I had come across him long ago, also I wish he was still with us,strangely when I watch him now it seems like he still is with us.....I regard him as a Buddha, one who is awake, one who knows he is awareness, whatever that is........

  • @Kalekenov All the bodybuilders...HA! I like how you put it...

  • @SatoriWins Osho is a break from all religious traditions. He attained enlightenment without a master, which freed him uniquely from any ties. He didn't teach religion but created an atmosphere of religiousness, no god but godliness. Nothing to believe just look within yourself and celebrate life. He is neither atheist or theist as both are states of mind. Osho taught to simply be. Is simply being alive religious or irreligious or is it just being what is? vitally he was nonserious

  • @Kalekenov Yes but I think it's important to focus on What Is. That is awakening.

  • Who is OSHO? I keep watching Alan Watts zen talks and Ajahn Brahm Dharma talks and I keep seeing this guys name everywhere. Does OSHO follow a religion? Is he theist?

  • @PinkertonStudsworth u are right dear..

  • Can anyone imagine the world, 6 or 7 billion people (not sure how many ppl there are in the world ) all around the world being enlightened , living joyful, loving, and peacefully , every single individual , you, your neighbor, that little boy just outside of my window riding his bike, that woman coming from supermarket outside my window, meanwhile all the bodybuilders, fighters , former military workers , all the soldiers terrorist , dropping putting aside all hatred and living life

  • Until you are capable of this complete dynamic identification, you have to regard yourself as a soul and body created for her service, one who does all for her sake. Even if the idea of the separate worker is strong in you and you feel that it is you who do the act, yet it must be done for her. all stress of egoistic choice, all hankering after personnel profit, all stipulation of self-regarding desire must be extirpated from the nature. Osho

  • One dislike? Proof that either U. G. or Ronald Reagan are still alive!
