Good video.Your point is very much taken, but I think you miss the point of these kind of things. A few basic statements. 1- In a man's world, it's often relatively more difficult to achieve certain things if you are female. 2- It is usually even MORE difficult to achieve this if you are of an ethnic minority. I don't think going into the history of these two things is neccesary, it should be common knowledge. Awards like these often give recognition to those who would be looked over otherwise
