Yeah, It's also not fully TCGbreaker's fault. Pokemon should do something about that and make it more random. But hey that's just how it is. Thanks for explaining to him.

He was talking about a guy here on youtube called TCGBreaker who finds out the 'code' for different sets booster boxes. Basically he finds out which packs hold the LV.X cards, reprints and holos. GSkills is saying it's an easy way for people to rip others off on ebay as they'll get the good packs and sell all the non-holo packs away in full knowledge it doesn't contain a good card. I agreee with Gskills818, its bad what TCGBreaker is doing.
