I think the reason these things happen is any user watching your videos can decide (for whatever reason) to flag your video as spam. Also, in the spam options, they have a "mass advertising" option. So, anyone watching any of us can decide to mark our videos as spam for this reason. I honestly think that YouTube/google's interests are beginning to lie in the major companies investing their money into PPC campaigns...and that's what is "cleaning us out".

Will still help to have a matching youtube account for your domains. Google/youtube knows it can't stop bad content so they are just profiling. Kind of like the recent article site apocalypse.

there should be system in place to detect spammers, i think spammer should be banned not the people who create some informative videos. by spammers i mean people who send friend request or message to other channels or utilize any other way to just to get attentions to their stuff unwilling of other people.
