Hi Guys! Here's the 30 day reggie I followed to lose my muffin top and some products I loved. This is just what helped and worked for me. I'm not endorsing or recommending that you follow this plan since it may not be healthy or effective for you.

  • Nutella? I am glad that Nutella trick works for you, but when I told my husband this, we both had a good laugh. I can eat an entire jar of Nutella in one sitting. He knows. I loooove chocolate with nuts. And it's pretty much smooth creamy chocolaty Hazelnut butter. I can't even keep it in my house. The only solution for me is to just not buy it. :) Besides that, it is about 200 calories per table spoon. Imagine how quickly that can add up when you are sneaking spoon fulls all day! LOL!!

  • @naomiellison LOLLL! I have completely abused Nutella these days. Just like you I can go through jars! It's like my body built up a resistant to the quick satisfaction and it demands more!! Clever product those Nutella people have come up with! Getting us all hooked like this!

  • All of this stuff looks GOOD. Weird I can resist sweets but I CANNOT resist sodium...sucks.

  • Something you might want to try for an alternative for salad dressing...I took some cottage cheese and blended it in a blender and then added some ranch dressing mix to it..how much depends on how strong you like it..I then added some water depedning on how thick I wanted it...it taste like the real thing and it's very low in calories

  • Yes the South has LARGE portions..I love food, but I know the BEST trick is to reduce portions that way I can still have the food I love :)
