In the summer of 1994, a female patron of "Reunion" collapsed during an event featuring United Kingdom DJ Sasha. The evening was unusually hot, and Collins received the news right after he finished his set. The girl never woke up. "I knew exactly what it meant," says Collins. "I was going to have a problem doing anything like this again." "Reunion" closed down three weeks later.

i was in the entrance part of the theater when they carried a girl out she was grey and stiff looking....like she froze during a seizure. i was so freaked out i yelled at my friends i went with that wanted to go to after party...i was like " a girl died tonight you assholes!" that incident was really sad. it kinda fucked me up in the head to see them bringing her out looking how she did....
