A fascinating, and entertainingly dated (also, sexist) look from 1972 at what all this exciting new computer technology will mean for the railways of (what was then) the future. Made by British Transport Films. If you like this you should buy the BFI's DVDs of British Transport Films productions - this one is available on Volume 1, "On and Off the Rails".
Michael Aspel.....miniskirts....railways which were comfortable and almost ahead of their time....and all called Cybernetica which sounds very twitter/digg to me!

You might have time for a new do nd get back to the station before the train arrives and where are all the surly staff collecting tickets and barely acknowledging that passenger might actually require help

Michael Aspel on voiceover - at the time he was probably doing Miss World on TV, so perhaps he wasnt such a surprising choice for the 'pretty girls' scripting.
