  • vitamix is fancy...it's expensive...

  • and worth it's weight in gold. this truly has been my number one kitchen investment that has paid itself back over the years!

  • Hey, I've been bending bananas for Rodney lately too!. I have to chop mine up first because my blendtec doesn't have a tamper and the belnder heats up too much. I'm out of bananas now. :( I can't wait to get more. We love it!

  • Yeah, the tamper allows you to pump it and kinda whip it too. I remember liking the vita- mix for that reason. Banana ice cream tastes so much like regular ice cream you actually feel like you are eating it. Miss you guys, tell Rodney "hello" :)

  • another awesome video!!! thank you!

after i make this icecream should i eat it immediately or will i be able to save some in the fridge and still have the icecream consistency?

  • I have known people to put it in the freezer for 30 min and then in the fridge the rest of the day and it stayed pretty good. However, it was with cacao powder and i don't know if that made a difference.

  • This is my favorite video because she is with her kids and that is good for a mom.

  • I am definitely going to try this. I hope my little old blender does poop out on me (I'll crush the bananas as much as I can beforehand). But I love that you and your kids are raw! That's awesome!

  • i tried this it was really good! i through a nut mix on top!.almonds pumpkin and sunflower seeds...its was yum, thanks

oh and i added real maple syrup (not considered raw?) not much but just a bit....

  • Lori's monster garage of powerful health.

  • We miss you too. I heard you had 112 participants at the co-op Saturday. That's a record. :) I could totally go for ice-cream right now. I hope we can get bananas tomorrow. I'm deeeesperate for bannnnnananass!
