Third baseman Johnny Whittleman hits a sacrifice fly to right during the third inning of an August 28 California League game between the Bakersfield Blaze and the Modesto Nuts. Whittleman hit .271 with 14 home runs and 51 RBI at low Single-A Clinton of the Midwest League in 2007 before his promotion out west. He was the second round pick of the Texas Rangers in the 2005 First-Year Player Draft out of Kingwood High in Texas.
