Lexus CT Variants, and a new 7 Seat SUV

Lexus is apparently working on at least two very different vehicles, one a hybrid, and the other a massive 7 seat SUV. It appears Lexus hopes to mirror the Prius method of introducing variants. I dont see this giving the Cadillac ELR any heat what so ever.

I have a soft spot for Infiniti. Maybe cause they are underrated and they are the underdog. I'm amazed they are still around but I'm rooting for them. They are (at this point) the closest Japanese BMW as far as sporty cars. Sure they don't have an M division equivelant but oh well. Anyway I knew there will be other CT versions. The current one has no sporty intentions, maybe slightly better handling but in reality its just marketing. The LX is a Land Cruiser with an L badge.

@rowsdower12 THANK YOU! Infinity is so underappreciated I'm not even sure why but I really like them. Normally I'm not a fan of hulking cars but the QX56 is one of my favorite imports

@123Rosko I like Cadillac yes, but I'm also a HUGE infinity fan, I have no idea why lol I just love the QX, actually I like every infinity except the JX I just don't see the point. but can you honestly say the Cadillac ELR doesn't make the CT200h look cheap? Lexus is beginning to look allot like Scion

@CarConvos Thats weird because the JX is the only infiniti suv that looks even remotely tasteful.

We'll have to wait and see what the elr looks like when it comes however at this point it looks a like a piece of jewerly like every other cadillac.

I agree lexus design is starting to go the way scion design should go.

@Crushercurtis702 But we have seen the production ELR already, although I'm expecting a few minor changes, Infinitys look unique but the JX to me looks bloated, oversized, minivan-ish, and just like an overall eyesore, the QX on the otherhand, has Classy quirkeyness

@CarConvos Yeah. I'm a fan of the G series, namely the coupe which is sold as a Skyline in Japan. So sexy. I do like the M from Infiniti (past and newest). The early 2000 models look like a Japanese gangsta car from the late 60's-70's. Cool IMO. Even if the designs are quirky I still like them cause they aren't the same cookie cutter like other makes. I like that. Of course I don't like the ugly from Honda but that's another rant. The M hybrid looks nice.

I agree with u 100%..the jx does nothing for me and I like Infiniti.. so if Lexus copies it had better come with gobs of features
