Please enjoy this complete brow lesson from Ryan Christopher at the Elaine Sterling Institute! This demonstration was done at ESI for future estheticians in our undergraduate training program for the state of Georgia. Please be mindful of your own state laws when it comes to waxing procedures and PLEASE do not attempt to wax someone else without having an esthetic or cosmetology license and the appropriate training. Now if you are doing this to yourself - then "to each his/her own" in the privacy of your own home - good luck and don't rip your skin off. You may schedule a brow or body waxing appointment with Ryan Christopher by emailing Ryan@elainesterling.com

  • I know you stated you used Satin Smooth wax, but can you tell me if this is soft or hard wax? Is it the SATIN SMOOTH TITANIUM BLUE HARD WAX or is it actually a cream wax? You are one of the greatest eyebrow artist I've seen since Esthetic school.

  • @chocolytedoll The wax I selected was a soft wax. Had it been a hard wax I wouldn't have used a strip to remove it. Hard wax can be kind of tricky when you are trying to create a precise brow shape, but I do like to use it on my clients with very sensitive skin. It adheres to the skin less. Happy waxing!
