    To Pete : Listen to this person. Even if you gain a little weight one day it won't hurt. Muscle does weigh more than fat. You are still burning the fat, you may just be gaining the muscle. Just keep it up, it is a long process.

  • @themasterofall1000 Yes, gaining muscle is of equal importance to losing fat, because muscles will burn more calories, and that will help burn more fat.
