    Even after 2012, Mills is the only U.S. man ever to win 10k gold in the Olympics. But congrats to training partners Mo Farah (GBR) and Galen Rupp (USA) on gold and silver performances in the London 10k. It was really a great race this year.

    Has to be one of the greatest upsets in Olympic history, if not THE greatest upset in Olympic history. Extremely inspiring.

    A great lesson here in the finishing kick: watch Mills get up on his toes in that final stretch...that's the key. I've practiced this in my 200m & 400m repeats and it allows me to go significantly faster
