Samia Gamal plays the part of a dancer at a casino who leaves show business behind to marry a doctor (played by Nabil el Alfi) and become a mother. in this clip she is performing at the club where she works and has not yet retired and married. The singer Coca plays the part of her best friend.

Wow. She had a version of power mesh to cover her midsection, even back then? I didn't realize that.. I guess Egypt's had laws about not showing your midsection for a looong time. But that's fantastic that they used it in this costume of hers to use it as a continuation of the costume instead of just a covering. Very nice costume. Spectacular.
