  • How the fuck can you care about spelling mistakes, when your son is dead? Don't blame the prime minister in his effort to show some care.

Her son went to war, knowing the risk. She shouldn't be speaking about the ways of war or what is fair to a child protecting her country.

  • poor woman is obviously grieving. Credit to Gordon for not only writing to her and phoning her then meeting her. The Sun spelt her name wrong, and I don't think it was right to record the phonecall without him knowing. I think he's a good guy he just doesn't seem to have much luck.

  • Whatever he does he makes a mess of it.

  • I can't believe this woman is picking up on spelling mistakes when one of the busiest men in the country bothers to go out of his way and apologise in a personal letter. How many other prime ministers or presidents would take the time to write a personal letter to the parents of each soldier? This is a sign of the state of our country when a woman chooses to go to the Sun to get her 15 minutes of fame instead of realising the effort and thought someone has put into a gesture like this one.

  • sad sad woman looking for someone to blame

  • What's Brown got to do with it? Nobody forced these people to join the army and nobody asked me whether I wanted to pay their wages (I don't.) What did they think the army was about? Killing and death, that's what it's about. If you go into another person's land, uninvited, with guns, what do you think's going to happen? How would you feel if you saw a US, Iraqi, Chinese, Italian, whatever soldier walking up your street with a gun?

  • Next time, TYPE.

  • Another illiterate puppet of lord jewish rothschild !
