FYI, prayer does not equal any reality. It's belief in something that can't be seen or proven. Which is why they call it faith. Prayer does not fix anything, it just makes you feel good; not that there's anything wrong with it. But you can't force everyone to pray your way - that's unAmerican.

Yes,in the last 50y,becouse of lack of praying in schools much more happened......you forgot that polar bears are almost gone & pandas are practically extinct.....bad economy, tcunamies. We must put prayer back in schools, to stop global warming

I got one word to say about this video "Amendment 1"

@ensignbay Well now thats real good. We need more students like him. His teacher must be a common sense liberal..they`re hard to find.

@jayaye21 Miracles do happen -- my nephew's video got a 100% grade from his liberal Virginia teacher!
-
@ensignbay Thank you for the reply back. Hope he gets a great grade, but you know how secular our education system has become.
-
@jayaye21 Thank you! My nephew said that the video was well-received by his fellow students, several of whom said they agreed with it. The teacher won't finish grading the videos for several weeks, though. I'll let you know when i hear.

@ensignbay Your nephew did a very good job on his project. Just out of curiosity, what did his teacher think of it?
Congress never outlawed prayers in school in 1962. The Supreme Court ruled that "Government-Directed prayer" was unconstitutional.SAT's are lower because a higher proportion of people are attending and graduating which lowers averages. All the charts stop around 1990, when homicide and alcohol consumption rates declined significantly( they are 5.5 and 2.2 today close to the 1962 figures). Divorces are more common because they are legally more attainable.
I guess we live 20 years ago.

@leeharveyosmosis The 1960's marked a turning point in the way the courts ruled on cases and the laws that Congress made. There is an astonishing correlation with this marked change in government and the effects on society. The divorce rate is just one of them. It all harkens back to the radical liberal agenda put in overdrive in the 1960s.
