This is one of rare and historical live recordings of jazz guitarist Ryo Kawasaki/川崎燎 with legendary Japanese Jazz musicians in 1972, recorded at Yokota American Air-Force Base Camp club "Top 5", album is titled "Jam in Yokota/治外法権". The leader of the group was Ushio Skai/酒井潮, the most prominent Hammond B3 jazz organist in Japanese jazz history; other members are late Hidehiko Matsumoto "aka. Sleepy Matsumoto/[故]松本英彦" (Ts), late Tetsuo Fushimi/[故]伏見哲夫 (Tp), late Motohiko Hino/[故]日野元彦 (Ds), Takeru Muroka/村岡健 (Ts) and special guest from Air force band at that time, and notable American Trombonist Teddy Adams. The track is called "Minor Kimuchi' written by Ushio Sakai, the order of tenor solos are Matsumoto first followed by Muraoka. Ryo was 24 at this recording session and relocated to New York City shortly after in the coming year.
