@slugpumper1 I took a look and a listen to the Toneshack review; and you're right, it does sound a lot better.
However, I would like to point out that it sounds like he is using humbuckers and a higher gain amp (than my Fender Deluxe Reverb) A hotter, fatter signal like his (you can hear it in the clean sound before the pedal kicks in) would provide that smoother, richer fuzz he's getting.
Different setup gets different results; especially with germanium on the line.

The demo from the Toneshack sounds great - i dont know what is going on here this sounds horrendous. You need to learn how to play before you can do a good demo dude.
