How to format hard drive into FAT32 with all windows. SIMPLE!

This is the absolute easiest way to format a hard drive over 32g into fat32 with windows vista, xp and 7. Great post! needless to say, i tried everything to format my ExHD to fat32 but to no avail. tried via command prompt only to wait 3 hours for it to complete just to tell me it was too big to format. what a complete waste of time! this was quick, and i STRESS quick and painless... thanks again for the information!

Dopeness. Did this for my 250GB external HDD, backed up everything on my PS3, installed a 500GB HDD, format and restore. And the PS3 stores it ALL.
