@james84galway Well, I can safely say you are definately in the minority with your opinion. Anyone who knows anything about Brzenk will tell you he is a gentleman and one of the nicest guys you can meet on the circuit and has time for everyone. And as for dismissing weight training, his point is it isnt the most important aspect for improving your game - armwrestling will improve your armwrestling more. Thats why you often see smaller guys beating more muscular oponents.

ive seen enuf of john brzenk now to safely say hes a bit of an asshole,i read an interview he gave on training,he ignorantly dismissed weight training as being beneficial to improving your armwrestling,what a backward boring f**k,t.bagent is a bit of a madman but hes harmless really,hes likeable,brzenk on the other hand is a sly cocky type of man!! hes not a good ambassador for the sport either with his boring hairstlyle etc!
