Wow, not only were those dudes facing jail time they risked being registered as sex offenders, that record stays with you and shames you for the rest of your life. Girl, you are so right about the "cardinal rule". When will people learn that someone is always going to talk. And with camera phones someone is always going to record what is going on.
On a more serious note, it is really wrong to accuse and jeopardize the lives of innocent people. If she had a boyfriend she certainly was not thinking about him or herself at that at the time.
