Yes but there's only one problem with that, it would be damn near impossible for his batarang to actually make it's mark. The GUYVER suit not only possesses far more speed than Batz, plus his head has sensory equipment that can detect any indirect surprise attacks. And even if batz managed to take out those sensors, the guyver could simply just blast it away with his head-beam.

now Batman can easily kill Guyver especially with enough prep time he would make a specialized batarang so that when he throw it and it connects with the metal plate in the guyver head it would destroy it
