No thanks. I don't want to die.

@Uchethegreat The worse enabler was Conrad Murray. CM enabled him by ordering the propofol, injecting the propofol into his system night after night for weeks, and CM lied to the pharmacy about the how he intended to use propofol. His actions were deceptive and negligent - all so he could earn $150,000 a month (live off of MJ) - with total disregard to his hippocratic oath or MJ's health.
-
@Uchethegreat Did you even bother to watch the trial?! Then you really can't make an intelligent argument about this matter because you don't have ALL the facts that were presented in the case against CM! As a trained medical doctor CM does bear responsibility for his part. He violated his hippocratic oath. MJ paid with his life and now CM must pay with the lost of his license. Had you taken the time to watch the trial you would understand why CM deserved a guilty verdict!

Dr. Conman's father was also an unethical doctor. Conman, senior had his medical license restricted by the board in 1994 for over-prescribing "dangerous addictive medicine" to patients for "extended periods. Like father like son. Most likely Conman jr. prescribed drugs illegally in the past. Unfortunately, the Conman was exposed after MJ lost his life.

Weak argument. As you mentioned Dr Conman was NOT is Brazil (etc.), he was in US. This wasn't an isolated incident he provided illegal drugs for months so you cannot compare Conman to practices of ethical doctors. He let his $greed$ get the best of him but the assignment was over his head. Doctors should have 1 patient at a time?? Are you kidding?? MJ was Conman's only client. Good thing you wasn't his lawyer. Jury would have delibarated for 5 minutes.

@Uchethegreat Even thought MJ hired CM to give him propofol, Conrad Murray is still guilty. As a medical doctor he knew full well that propofol could kill him. So what did he do? He ordered 40 gallons of propofol. Lied about it and said it was for his medical clinic, when he knew full well it was for only one patient. MJ hired him to monitor him. In response he left the room and talked on the phone for 45 minutes, while the patient he was suppose to be monitoring struggled to breathe.

I watched the trial daily. There was a MOUNTAIN of evidence against Conrad Murray. His gross negligence definitely contributed to MJ's death. Guilty was the right verdict!
I still feel Jackson is at fault for his death and so are the bloodsucking people that were living off him. They were enablers to his reckless life style.

@bigbig You have to admit that the chips were stacked against Murray mainly because of the fact that MJ was a huge star. I agree that Dr Murray was negligent for leaving the room. But what we will never know is if MJ still would have died if Murray didnt step out to get that call. My point in the recording was that MJ was still going to die that day and nothing was going to change that. Dont lock up the man that tried to help him. It was Death that called Murray so he could take MJ home.

To those that watched and left a comment I thank you for getting in on the conversation. I don't claim to be a expert in medical care. The question I raised wasn't answered by those that disagree. Who does the final responsibility of your heath fall on? MJ far from took care of himself health wise. Mj overworked himself and when he couldn't sleep he sought a Dr to treat him in his home because he knew the treatment was illegal.

Plus, medical experts explained in detail during trial that had CM monitored MJ, called 911 immediately, and had the proper medical equipment MJ would still be alive. That's why CM is guilty! His gross negligence caused the death! You might want to watch the entire trial at gurgle1624's channel before commenting on the verdict. The evidence proved he was definitely guitly!

@transitionalphase No sir you are wrong. As you just stated, if everything was perfect MJ would still be alive. Why didnt MJ go to a hospital and have his treatment? DId Conrad stop him from doing that? No!! If MJ sought to get treatment at a hospital instead of building one without the proper equipment he would still be alive.
